February is Responsible Pet Ownership Month. Here at PennySaverUSA.com, we’re animal lovers and to celebrate “Responsible Pet Ownership” month and “Love Your Pet” day on February 20, we’re holding a contest for our pet lovers!

It’s easy to enter, just submit a photo of you and your pet. Our judges will select the top finalists and we will open up the contest to a week long vote!!! 10 finalists will be chosen and your friends can vote via text message or by email.

Enter now through February 20, 2011. The voting period will begin immediately following and will last a week with the winner announced shortly after the end of the voting period.

It’s that time, folks! After sorting through 1,104 of the cutest pictures on Earth, we narrowed down the list to 10 finalists, and we let you pick the winner! With 634 Votes, Juan E. Carrillo, from Pomona, CA, wins with his picture below of his cute little kitten.  Congratulations Juan, we are so happy for you!
