Today’s Pet of the Week from PennySaverUSA.com is about Velvet and Woodson, who are just waiting for a great family to adopt, and take them home!
The pet of the week at Burbank Animal Shelter is Velvet! Once you meet this girl, you’ll know why her name is Velvet. So smooth and silky, she loves to be cuddled and petted. Velvet is a young, playful Pit Bull Terrir mix, and would fit into an active home…perhaps you need a hiking or running partner? She’s very sweet, loves to learn, and generally is just a doll. She will make a great addition to any family!
Why don’t you come over to the Burbank Animal Shelter and meet Velvet (ID #A047528), we think you’ll find yourself a lifetime friend!

Woodson is the adoptable Pet of the Week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. He’s a 2 year and 4 month old, 13 pound, shorthaired, Buff Tabby cat. Woodson is a curious kitty, but he’s a big, mellow cat, and that keeps him from getting into trouble.
Woodson was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another animal shelter through the FOCAS program. He likes people and he gets along great with the other residents of the RCHS cattery. Talk about versatile, Woodson even likes dogs. You should know that he gives little “love nips” when he’s overstimulated or excited.
Meet Woodson at Rancho Coastal Humane Society. Find out how you can adopt Woodson or sponsor him until his family finds him and takes him home.
