The next Free Friday entry comes from Fiber Choice. If you sign up for their email newsletter, they will send you out a free sample of their fiber supplement product.

Land O Lakes makes its first Free Friday appearance this week with a buy one, get one free offer. All you have to do is buy their Fresh Buttery Taste Spread, mail in this request form, along with the receipt containing the proof of purchase and they will mail you out a coupon for a free Fresh Buttery Taste Spread. Now that we’ve got you awake with the coffee free offer, we’re hitting you with a Free Friday special for skin-care. Episencial is sending out free samples to anyone who does a short survey on their site. For those of you unfamiliar with Episencial, it’s a fast-growing organic and environmentally-friendly beauty care company. (Thanks The Cents’ Able Shoppin for this find)

The next of our free offers comes from a beauty care company a bit more known — Dove. Unfortunately it’s only available for Costco members, but it’s still Free Friday quality. All you have to do is click the get sample button at the bottom right of this page, complete the form and wait to get your free Damage Therapy Daily Moisture Shampoo & Conditioner sample in the mail!

Also getting in on the Free Friday act for beauty product free offers is Lancome. They currently have an online coupon for a free Lancome Visionnaire Advanced Skin Corrector sample. The final Free Friday offer is from UFC. While their first fight on FOX last Saturday night might not have been thrilling, this free offer certainly is: Get a free UFC poster when you sign up for their free store catalog.

This week’s Free Friday feature is all about making you beautiful, clean, healthy and alert.

There are several great freebies for health and beauty products, starting with one from a well-known luxury brand. Gucci is giving away samples of it s Gucci Guilty fragrance line. All you have to do is fill out a short form on their YouTube page. (Thanks to The Krazy Koupon Lady for this find)

Garnier Fructis, meanwhile, is also giving away freebies of one of its beauty products. A sample of Garnier Fructis Pure Clean shampoo can be had from Walmart just for completing a short survey.

If you want freebies of a shampoo specifically intended to help repair damaged hair, you are also in luck. Throughout May, participating Sephora stores are handing out Ojon’s new Restorative Shampoo & Conditioner.

On the health products side, is an offer from Zantac for a free sample of its maximum strength heartburn medicine. Not to be outdone, Prilosec OTC is also offering a free sample of its heartburn medicine.

Also joining the freebies fray is Metamucil. A sample of the health product that increases your fiber intake is available at no cost if you sign up for the Proctor & Gamble Everyday Solutions membership list. It’s free to sign up.

Next up is one of those simple freebies that nonetheless provides so much joy. Head over to the Seattle’s Best Coffe Twitter page @seattlesbest and fill out this short form, and you will receive a complimentary sample of their coffe!

The first one comes from CoastalContacts.com. Now by reading their name, you would think they specialize in contacts, but they also have a robust selection of glasses. And today only they have a great online coupon in which they are giving away free glasses! All you have to do is “Like” their Facebook page and use the coupon code they provide you. The first 10,000 people to use the code get free glasses (shipping and handling is not included).

On a slightly (okay significantly) smaller scale, if you “Like” Pretzel Crisps’ Facebook page receive an online coupon that enables you to buy one bag/get one free. We first came across that online coupon from Savvy Chic Savings, a solid source for online coupons. One last Facebook freebie comes from Haagen-Dazs. Sign up on their page to get a free Midnight Dazzler.

Now onto those online coupons that have nothing to do with Facebook. The Corner Bakery Café has an offer for free coffee with the purchase of any breakfast item.

Along the same lines for those who live in Southern California, Dalia’s in Corona has an online coupon for free breadsticks with any order of $15 or more.

Calling all volunteers!

Our Web Team needs you, and you need some free Starbucks! We need people to test out our website so we can gather some feedback.  Each volunteer will be walked through a few different tasks related to our website and the test will only take 10-15 minutes. It will be conducted by our User Experience Designer, Aaron Irizarry. (He prefers User Experience Imperial Overlord, but we try to keep him humble.)
