Pet of the Week: Colby Jack and Lulu

Today’s Pet of the Week from PennySaver is all about Colby Jack and Lulu. They’re both such sweet and calm personalities, just waiting for the right family to take them home!

Lulu is the adoptable pet of the week at the Burbank Animal Shelter.Sweet Lulu is the newest pet of the week at the Burbank Animal Shelter. She’s a Border Collie mix, and is more of a ladies’ dog. Lulu’s quiet, shy and doesn’t like crowds, but does like other quiet dogs. She’s great with older children, and would be quite the love-bug in a calm household. Playtime and a nice walk each day would suit her just fine, then finish up the day with a snuggle on the couch!

Take a trip to the Burbank Animal Shelter to meet Lulu (A039219), and find out how wonderful this cute can make you feel!

Colby Jack is the newest pet of the week at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society.Colby Jack is the adoptable Pet of the Week at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. He’s a 4-1/2 year old, 15 pound, male, short-haired, red Tabby cat with white tips on his face and paws, and white rings around his tail.

Colby Jack is a big kitty with a purr-sonality to match his size. There’s absolutely nothing shy about this guy. He’s super friendly, and as far as he’s concerned, there are no strangers…only friends he hasn’t met yet. Even if he’s in the middle of a cat nap, when you walk into the Cattery at RCHS, he’ll get up to greet you, rub against you, and give you a look that asks, “Can I go home with you and be your new kitty?”

Colby Jack was transferred to RCHS from another shelter through the Friends of County Animal Shelters program.

Colby Jack is waiting for you in the Cattery at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society, so come on in and give this kitty his purr-fect new home!
