Beautiful Babs is the Pet of the Week at the Burbank Animal Shelter! Here’s beautiful Babs, Pet of the Week at the Burbank Animal Shelter! She’s a 2-year old Pit Bull Terrier who would be a terrific addition to an active home. Babs has “mama-dog” instincts, and loves to be around kids and a family environment. She is very well-behaved on walks with other dogs because she takes part in the Shelter’s Happy Tails Training and Happy Tails Hiking programs. Although she gets along with other dogs, she does need her space and would be happiest being the only dog in the family.

Come to the Burbank Animal Shelter and meet Babs (ID A041596), and see for yourself just how special she is!

Darby is the pet of the week at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society
Darby is the adoptable Pet of the Week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas. She’s a 6-year old, 13 pound, spayed, female, Balinese cat with brown and white fur, and blue-gray eyes.

Darby’s family gave her up when they had a new baby and they decided they didn’t have time for their cat, and asked the Rancho Coastal Humane Society to find her a new, loving home.

Balinese cats are descendants of Siamese cats, but they have longer fur and longer bodies and heads, legs, and tails. Balinese cats are the most intelligent of their long-haired breeds, and she’s definitely a smarty-pants! Darby wants to be the only cat in her new home. but she’s okay with a mellow dog.

Darby is waiting for you at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society, so hurry up and go get her!
