Pet of the Week: Lily Binks is one heck of a cat

Any time a pet has two names, you know it’s special, and our newest Pet of the Week is most certainly in a class of her own.

Adopt Lily Banks and you can wake up to that gorgeous face every day.

Her name is Lily Binks … but her friends call her “LIL.” She’s the adoptable Pet of the Week at Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a Siamese – Flame Point cat with a white fur coat and bright blue eyes as you can see in the picture to the right.

She weighs 11 pounds and is 4 years old.

Lily Binks arrived at Rancho Coastal Humane Society when her family moved to a place that doesn’t allow pets. Have other cats? Lil is okay with that. Have no other cats? Lil is fine with that, too. Basically, she’s a pretty agreeable cat.

One thing to mention is that Lil needs to have her teeth cleaned. You can talk to RCHS about that, or find a local veterinary service.

The $125 adoption fee for Lily Binks includes medical exam, spay, up-to-date vaccinations, and microchip identification.

Thanks Facebook fan Myrtle K. for providing this caption: Whew, that party wiped me out. I think that was real Beer with a spike of something. I am laying low for a minute.

Without further ado, read about Logan (pictured to the right):

Logan is an Austrailian Cattle Dog/Jack Russel Terrier mix (we think). We adopted him from a sweet girl who was moving out of state and could no longer keep him.

While he can’t do any tricks, he greets us with sloppy wet kisses every morning and is the perfect cuddling companion.

He also loves playing with his big sister Luna (a Husky, Jindo mix). While she’s three time’s his size, he easily winds her with his lightening fast speed.

He’s been the perfect addition to our little family.
